Constellation Group, a Miami-based commercial real estate investment and development firm, in partnership with The Boschetti Group, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of their Class A+ boutique office and retail project 4225 Ponce located at 4225 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, often referred to as South Florida’s “City Beautiful.” This development is set to enhance the Merrick Park district, a prime destination for shopping and entertainment in the region.
The ceremony, a gathering of key stakeholders, was attended by teams from Constellation and Boschetti Group, Coral Gables Mayor Vince Lago, representatives from Banesco USA and Abanca, who financed the development, the architectural firm Arquitectonica, and Burke Construction.

Eduardo Otaola, Managing Principal at Constellation Group, expressed his pride in the project, stating, “This is a very proud moment for us as we come one step closer to developing a best-in-class office destination that embodies the true essence of Coral Gables’ elegance and sophistication. This development will provide a boutique-style building with modern office spaces and enticing amenities within a highly coveted location.”

The eight-story building, located in the heart of Coral Gables’ shopping district, will cover 85,000 square feet between 4225 and 4311 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Designed by Arquitectonica, known for its innovative designs, the luxury boutique-style Class A+ Office will feature 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, premier office space, parking facilities, and a 6,000 square foot rooftop venue. This venue will offer panoramic city views and house a food and beverage outlet. Additionally, a pedestrian plaza and paseo with valet service on the ground floor will enhance the experience for tenants and visitors.

The groundbreaking of 4225 Ponce is a crucial part of the revitalization efforts in Coral Gables’ Merrick Park district, aiming to boost both the business and consumer landscape. The project is slated for completion in 2025.

Interior Architects, Inc. designs interior spaces, focusing on functionality and aesthetic appeal. Meanwhile, Naturalificial, a prominent landscape architecture firm, will create outdoor spaces seamlessly integrating nature with modern design elements.
