Our sources indicate that Pompano Beach-based Cavache Properties has secured approval for its second Old Town Square project in South Florida.
Old Town Square II will comprise two buildings: one measuring 10 stories and offering 229 units, and another measuring six stories and offering 90 residences. The pair will be connected by a pedestrian bridge. Adache Group Architects is the architect.
The complex will offer two buildings, offering more than 300 homes.
There will be 319 residences total, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments. Communal amenities include a swimming pool on the sixth floor, along with a pet park, bike shop, and movie room.
Per the Real Deal, the complex will include 3,400 square feet of commercial space, ideal for a restaurant or a store. Old Town Square II will lie on 2.43 acres of a five-acre site that developers purchased for $8.4 million in 2023.

Construction on the 523,000-square-foot project could start within a few months, with completion slated for mid-2026. As noted, Old Town Square II is the second project under the Old Town Square banner.
Old Town Square I is still unfolding, expected to offer 281 residences and 5,000 square feet of retail. The South Florida Business Journal lists Old Town Square II’s address as 217 NE 3rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL, 33060, in Broward County.
