Miami-based Related Group has secured a $100 million loan for the construction of the Manor Biscayne, a new housing development. Per the City of North Miami, the building will measure eight stories above grade and offer 382 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.
Of the 173 two-bedroom units, 16 will be set aside as townhouses. In March 2022, the Real Deal reported that homes would measure 600 square feet to 1,500 square feet each, although it’s unclear whether these specs changed with time.
The 372,559-square-foot mid-rise will offer a host of communal amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Plans also call for 9,355 square feet of retail and a parking garage hosting more than 600 spots.
The 3.12-acre site was previously owned by Johnson & Wales University, which stopped using the site in 2021. Developer RD Manor Biscayne purchased the parcel for $13.65 million in 2022, per the South Florida Business Journal.
RLC Architects designed the Manor Biscayne. Conceptual renderings show a glass structure in the true Miami style, with the side of the parking garage reserved for public art. The Manor Biscayne is 1650 N.E. 124th, North Miami, FL, 33181, in Miami-Dade County. It’ll be located east of I-95.

Are you going to rent to black people? The reason why I am asking is because your site advertising only includes white people and people who appear to be South American or Latin. I find it weird and interesting that black people were not shown in a city like North Miami. Is this the message you want to send?
