Sales have launched for Glass House, a boutique luxury condo development in Boca Raton. The 10-story building will offer 28 units, measuring 2,550 square feet to 3,900 square feet each.
Per the South Florida Business Journal, buyers can have units that span an entire floor or half a floor. In-unit offerings include private terraces with built-in grills, along with various high-end finishings.
The open-concept residences will also come with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal. There are two parking spots per unit; in total, there will be more than 50 spots in a two-level underground parking garage.
PR Newswire notes that Glass House will also be the city’s only rooftop oasis. It will feature a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and entertainment space. As noted, sales have started for Glass House, with homes ranging from $2.9 million to $6.9 million.
Construction has not yet started on the 0.63-acre build site. Yet, developer 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC intends to break ground in the first quarter of 2025, with completion slated the following year in late 2026.
The parcel is presently home to a 9,696-square-foot Bank of America. Glass House will soon unfold at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL, 33432, in Palm Beach County.
