Two Roads Development has revealed a first look at the interiors and amenity spaces at the EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater (The Residences) – the global hotel brand’s first independent collection of fully serviced luxury condominium residences, located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by designer Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge, the 55-story, 649-foot-tall glass tower will be situated at 2121 North Bayshore Drive along Biscayne Bay with 800 linear feet of bay frontage. The development will mark Studio Munge’s first residential project in Miami.
True to the EDITION brand, the interiors at The Residences are subtle and calm, unobstructed by visual noise, connecting residents and guests to the building’s surroundings through quietly curated contemporary design details. Inspired by the MiMo (Miami Modernist) movement, the amenity spaces cast a soothing tonal palette composed of low-sheen riff-cut white oak, luminescent pearl plaster, white natural stone, and lush greenery.

Construction is scheduled to commence sometime this year, with an estimated completion timeframe of 36 months. According to the Miami Building Department, a pending new construction permit indicates that Coastal Construction of South Florida, Inc., operating as Coastal Condominiums II, will be the general contractor.
