Rez Se Land LLC, a Miami-based developer, has proposed the Forest Apartments, a 300-unit residential complex in Margate, FL. Homes would measure about 740 square feet to 1,160 square feet each, with the residences themselves divided amongst five five-story buildings on a 7.14-acre plot. They would comprise one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans.
Communal amenities at the Forest Apartments would include a clubhouse and swimming pool. There would also be 301 parking spots, with 16 in garages. Developer Rez Se Land LLC currently has the parcel under contract from 777 Properties Inc. MSA Architects designed the community.
The complex would rest on a 7.14-acre plot.
Miami’s Development Review Committee will consider the proposal on March 12. If approved, the project could break ground either this year or the next. Google Earth’s renderings suggest that the build site is unoccupied.
Rez Se Land LLC is managed by Attorney Saulo R. Perez. The South Florida Business Journal reports that aside from the Forest Apartments, he is also redeveloping a mobile home park in Fort Lauderdale. The mixed-use venture could replace 239 mobile home lots, with capacity for up to 1,220 homes.
The Forest Apartments could soon secure approval for 787 S State Rd 7, Margate, FL, 33068, in Broward County. It would lie west of the Florida Turnpike.
