The Hanover Company has proposed an apartment complex within 15 minutes of St. Petersburg’s Gateway Office Market. The unnamed development would feature four four-story buildings, offering 304 apartments. Site plans show various one-story garages, a leasing office, and a clubhouse. The buildings themselves would reach a maximum of 41 feet.
Per St. Pete Rising, homes would include one-bedroom and two-bedroom layout plans, with residency reserved for those making at or below 120 percent of the area median income. Our sources indicate that communal amenities would include a fitness center, dog run, outdoor seating areas, and a swimming pool.
There would also be 768 parking spots: 448 for cars and 320 for bicycles. If approved, the 304-unit complex would occupy a 7.27-acre site. The parcel is currently owned by ZSPR PROPCO of Tampa, LLC, although developer The Hanover Company plans to purchase it. The build site is currently home to a retail plaza.
At the time of publication, our sources did not list a construction deadline. The four-story development is the first project to be proposed under the Live Local Act. It could soon unfold at 3100 22nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL, 33713, in Pinellas County. The complex would lie west of I-275.
