Tampa Tomorrow on Instagram broke the news of the contract signing with C&C, highlighting the imminent vertical construction of the 38-story tower. The building, currently in its foundation phase, will have structural depth matching its height, making it one of Tampa’s most intense structural projects to date.
The Pendry, developed by Two Roads Development in collaboration with Montage Hotels & Resorts and designed by Arquitectonica, will feature 220 luxury guest suites across the first 12 floors and 212 waterfront residences from levels 13 to 37. The top 38th floor will house a private rooftop pool exclusively for residents. With units starting at $1.6 million, the project has already generated over a quarter of a billion dollars in sales.
