Construction is expected to start on a Clearwater Beach condo hotel later this fall. CW Resort & Marina will measure eight stories above grade and offer 91 luxury residences, 11 of which are penthouses.
Condo Hotel Center reports that owners have the opportunity to live on the premises or use their property as a rental through various third-party platforms. Residences come with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, prices start at $651,250.

Communal amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, bar, fitness center, and restaurant overlooking the water, among other offerings. As the name suggests, CW Resort & Marina will have a marina with 45 boat slips, 37 of which are available for purchase. Our sources indicate that they can fit boats measuring 35 by 60 feet. Like the condos, the boat slips can be rented when not in use.
ARC Realty Group is the developer. The locally based firm is also developing Ora Hotel and Residences in Tampa. We reported on the 39-story tower earlier this June. Like CW Resort & Marina, it’s also a condo hotel, featuring 622 units.
BRPH is the architect. A general contractor has not yet been selected, although completion is slated for March 2026. CW Resort & Marina is planned for 411 East Shore Drive, Clearwater Beach, FL, 33767, in Pinellas County.
