The developer behind the recently opened Trinity Place in St. Cloud has a new venture underway: Harrell Oaks, a luxury housing development in Winter Park. According to the Orlando Business Journal, Dallas-based Landsea is developing a “60.9-acre community [that] has lots for 63 homes, with lot sizes starting at 50-feet-by-120-feet.”

Homes will range from four-bedroom to five-bedroom models, measuring 1,900 to 3,198 square feet each. There are four different layout plans: Kensington, Miles, Newcastle, and Wilshire. Homes are currently priced in the high $500,000s, and they come with a “High-Performance package” that offers built-in smart home technology, along with high-end interior finishes.
Communal amenities include a dog park, children’s playground, and resort-style pool with cabanas. Our sources indicate that completion is slated for the first or second quarter of 2025, although the venture’s website says that two homes would be available for a winter move-in.
The project is anticipated to be successful, given Florida’s demand for homes in the area under $1 million. Right now, Landsea currently has 27 communities throughout the Orlando metropolitan area. Florida YIMBY reported on two of its ventures in 2022: Celery Oaks and Kentucky Square, both slated for Central Florida.
