Construction is ongoing on Edenbrooke at Hyland Trail, a community aimed at active seniors in Green Cove Springs, FL. Multi-Housing News notes that upon completion, the master-planned housing complex will yield an array of one-story homes, with floorplans ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts.
PR Newswire reports that there are 17 home designs to choose from. Homes’ sizes measure 1,544 to 3,152 square feet, and as part of Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” package, in-unit amenities include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and “a host of other carefully curated interior touches and designer fixtures.”

Communal amenities at Edenbrooke at Hyland Trail include but are not limited to a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and green spaces that cater to an active lifestyle. Lennar’s website notes that homes range from $355,999 to $490,999, and tours of the model homes are expected to start later this summer.
Edenbrooke at Hyland Trail isn’t the only project in Lennar’s pipeline. Previously, Florida YIMBY reported on Townes at Bayou Heights, a 222-unit community in Pinellas County. Lennar lists Edenbrooke at Hyland Trail’s address as 3108 Tupelo Loop, Green Cove Springs, FL, 32043, in Clay County. It lies west of the St. Johns River and south of I-10.
