Belle Development LLC hopes to move forward with the Belle Apartments, an eight-story venture near the future South Dade TransitWay. If approved, the project would offer 40 homes measuring 532 to 1,100 square feet.
The average apartment would span 873 square feet, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Communal amenities would include a bike room and lounge. Aside from the residential aspect, the Belle Apartments would offer 1,700 square feet of retail and 39 parking spots on the building’s first three floors.
That averages out to less than one spot per unit, but the developer aims to use a 37 percent parking reduction since the apartments are close to a public transit system. Belle Development LLC is an affiliate of locally based E&E Design and Construction. Its proposal concerns the mostly vacant .04-acre site at 18222 and 18234 Homestead Ave, Miami, FL, 33157, in Miami-Dade County.
The Belle Apartments isn’t the only development planned for Miami-Dade County. A few days ago, we reported on M Tower, a massive mixed-use project measuring 57 stories above grade. It’s set to offer 675 residences, a 694-spot parking garage, and more than 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. M Tower is slated for 56 Southwest 1st Street, Miami, FL, 33130, in Miami-Dade County.

It’s not the whole story or final decision for the subdivision the plan and vision was for the development of the entire MIDWAY SUBDIVISION. It’s all or nothing. I’m the Primary shareholder and the Bella Apartments is a misuse and poor planning department development. The project is a farce and the people who own the property have a far-reaching purpose and are far-seeing ,far-sightedly planning prudently for the future.
