$155 Million Refinancing Secured for Society Orlando at 434 N. Orange Avenue in Downtown Orlando

Property Markets Group (PMG), alongside Raven Capital Management LLC and its operating partner, RCM Living Holdings LLC, has completed a $155 million refinancing for Society Orlando, a 27-story multifamily mixed-use development at 434 North Orange Avenue. Since its completion, the development has rapidly filled its units, with the first residents moving in March.

The refinancing was orchestrated by PMG’s Capital Markets team and sourced from MF1 Capital and Affinius Capital, with legal representation by Matt Danow and Courtney Ferszt of Katsky Korins, and PMG’s in-house counsels Lowell Plotkin, Lindsay Davis, and Scott Buscemi.

Society Orlando, one of the largest residential developments in the Orlando metro, integrates traditional and co-living accommodations within its community-focused design. It boasts over 100,000 square feet of amenities, including a large pool deck, modern fitness facilities, coworking spaces, and social lounges. The ground floor will soon feature a craft food and beverage venue operated by Thriving Hospitality, alongside smart package lockers, app-based entry systems, and retail integrations. The location also hosts the first East Coast branch of Velocity Esports.
