Construction at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, a 12-story pied-à-terre-style building, has reached its topping-off milestone, and window installation has progressed up to the eighth floor. The project previously secured $45.045 million in financing from Bank OZK and has announced two major food and beverage offerings: Solana by Juvia Group on the rooftop and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy on the ground floor.

The Standard Residences features a design by the internationally recognized architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard’s in-house design team. Civic Construction is serving as the general contractor, and Naturalficial is the landscape designer.

Located at 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue, between The Design District and Wynwood, the development is situated in a central and highly walkable neighborhood and is already 95% pre-sold. It offers 228 residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for short-term leases as brief as one month.

The rooftop space includes a 60-foot resort-style pool, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and wellness amenities such as a fitness center, infrared sauna, indoor pickleball court, and yoga studios. A social floor will offer a karaoke bar, screening room, co-working spaces, Zoom rooms, and a private boardroom. A dedicated concierge will also be available to assist with owner needs and community programming.
