Related Group and partners Teddy Sagi, BH Group, and Wanxiang America RE Group have officially broken ground on the Residences at Six Fisher Island, a highly anticipated residential tower at 6 Fisher Island Drive within the exclusive Fisher Island community. Situated on the last development site of the 216-acre island, the project will feature just 50 bespoke residences spread across 10 stories. Coastal Construction is overseeing the build, with completion expected in 2026.

Designed by Kobi Karp Architects with interiors by Tara Bernerd and Partners, the tower will seamlessly blend Miami’s signature style with tropical, coastal influences. The residences, ranging from three to eight bedrooms, are crafted to combine the privacy of single-family homes with the conveniences of condominium living. Each home will offer expansive terraces, custom kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and Tara Bernerd-designed bathrooms, with select units featuring private pools and outdoor kitchens.

Residents can access various amenities designed to offer a resort-style living experience. These include two pool decks with private cabanas, a wellness center, a full-service spa, and outdoor recreational spaces.
