Three new retail and restaurant concepts are set to open at Miami Worldcenter, the $6 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development reshaping Downtown Miami. The project’s ownership group has finalized leases with Go Greek Yogurt, HŸP, a sneaker and streetwear retailer, and SkinSpirit, a medical aesthetics clinic and spa. These additions are expected to open by early 2025.

Miami Worldcenter is being developed by Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by Managing Partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani, in partnership with CIM Group. As one of the largest privately owned urban real estate developments in Florida, Miami Worldcenter, which is being completed in phases, features a blend of residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces alongside 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment offerings.

The latest tenants set to join Miami Worldcenter include:

Go Greek Yogurt: Set to open in late 2024, this Beverly Hills-based yogurt bar and café will occupy nearly 1,300 square feet on Miami Worldcenter’s Paseo Promenade. Offering authentic Greek fresh and frozen yogurt with ingredients imported directly from Europe, this will be Go Greek Yogurt’s first Florida location.

HŸP: Also opening in late 2024, HŸP will occupy over 1,300 square feet along the Paseo Promenade. Known for its curated selection of top-tier brands like Nike, Adidas, and Chrome Hearts, this streetwear retailer will open its second Miami location at Miami Worldcenter.

SkinSpirit: Scheduled to open in early 2025, this 1,700-square-foot medical aesthetics spa will be SkinSpirit’s first foray into the South Florida market. SkinSpirit has a nationwide reputation as the leading provider of Botox and dermal fillers, with over 45 locations across the country.

“We are excited to welcome Go Greek Yogurt, HŸP, and SkinSpirit to our vibrant retail landscape at Miami Worldcenter,” said Nitin Motwani, Managing Partner of Miami Worldcenter Associates. “The new additions reflect our commitment to creating a dynamic mixed-use destination that seamlessly blends lifestyle, convenience, and innovation.”

These new tenants join an ever-growing roster of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues at Miami Worldcenter. Already open are popular destinations like Sixty Vines wine-on-tap restaurant, Chef Michael Beltran’s Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express, and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar, as well as flagship stores for national brands such as lululemon, Sephora, Ray-Ban, and Free People. The development also includes major entertainment offerings like a Lucky Strike bowling center, the Museum of Ice Cream, and a Lucid Motors showroom.

Other tenants expected to open in the coming year include Juvia, Villa One Tequila Gardens (co-owned by Nick Jonas and John Varvatos), Chicago’s Maple & Ash, and Serafina, along with Club Studio, Sports & Social, and The Spot Barbershop. Retailers like The Container Store, Savage X Fenty, and Posman Books will also be part of the expanding mix of national and local brands.

“Visitors to Miami Worldcenter will find a beautifully crafted environment with lively streets and paseos populated with a diverse mix of boutique retail, entertainment, casual and fine dining, and a world-class arts installation that adds to the atmosphere of this singular destination,” said Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal of CIM Group.

Retail leasing at Miami Worldcenter is being led by CIM Group and Miami-based The Comras Company, with Go Greek Yogurt represented by Irma Figueroa and Max Gelband, HŸP by Sam Noddle and Max Gelband, and SkinSpirit by Dillon Maya of Avenue Real Estate Partners.

Miami Worldcenter’s completed developments include the 351-room citizenM hotel, the luxury condominium tower Paramount Miami Worldcenter, and two market-rate apartment buildings, Flow and Bezel Miami. Additional projects under construction include the nearly complete Miami World Tower 1 and the second phase of Flow (formerly Caoba), The Crosby, 600 Miami Worldcenter, and the JEM Private Residences. Planned developments include several more residential towers by Lalezarian Properties, Abbhi Capital, The Witkoff Group, and Lynd Group.

Complementing the retail and residential elements, Miami Worldcenter will also feature World Square, a 20,000-square-foot outdoor public plaza, and a $5 million public art initiative curated by Jeffrey Deitch and PRIMARY, transforming the development into a permanent outdoor art museum with works from internationally acclaimed artists.

Miami Worldcenter’s strategic location spans 10 city blocks within walking distance of cultural landmarks such as the Pérez Art Museum, Adrienne Arsht Center, and Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, making it one of Florida’s most connected transit-oriented developments.
