Esplanade at Aventura is enhancing its shopping and dining offerings by adding eight new-to-market tenants throughout 2024. Since its launch in December 2023, the modern destination in Aventura has drawn visitors with its unique blend of upscale eateries, wellness boutiques, and Class A office spaces. The newly introduced tenants span luxury retail to fitness and specialty dining, making Esplanade a vibrant addition to South Florida’s retail landscape.
The new tenants, which occupy a total of 22,213 square feet of space, include:
The LEGO® Store (now open): The new LEGO Store is a 2,800-square-foot space where visitors can explore various LEGO products and dive into hands-on activities to inspire creativity. With interactive play areas and exclusive products, the store offers something special for LEGO fans of all ages, making it a must-visit spot for kids and adults alike to unleash their imaginations and enjoy immersive LEGO experiences.
Fit2Run (now open): Fit2Run’s 3,650-square-foot space combines performance with style, offering a full range of athletic footwear, running apparel, and fitness gear. With personalized services like video gait analysis and iStep barometric scanning, Fit2Run’s trained staff helps customers find the perfect fit for their unique needs. Visitors can even test their new shoes on an indoor track, making it easy to find footwear that keeps pace with any activity level.
Pure Barre (now open): Pure Barre has arrived in Aventura with a new 1,400-square-foot studio offering a full-body workout experience. Their music-driven group classes use low-impact, high-intensity movements that help strengthen and tone the body in under 50 minutes, offering a focused and energizing workout for both physical and mental transformation.
STK Steakhouse (now open): STK Steakhouse has expanded to Aventura, bringing its signature dining style with a 7,651-square-foot space at Esplanade. Known for its chic mix of dining and lounge vibes, STK offers a blend of signature dishes, attentive service, and live DJ performances that create a lively, upscale atmosphere. This marks STK’s second location in South Florida and its 22nd in the U.S., adding a fresh, energetic option for Aventura’s dining scene.
The Shade Store (opening this winter): The Shade Store will open its new 1,249-square-foot showroom at Esplanade Aventura this winter. Known for crafting custom window treatments across three generations, the showroom will feature a dedicated team of expert design consultants, skilled artisans, and a full-service measure and installation crew, offering personalized solutions in high-quality window treatments.
If So (opening this winter): If So, a stylish clothing store founded in Coral Gables with additional locations in Boca Raton, is set to expand into a new 1,584-square-foot space at Esplanade at Aventura. Dedicated to offering unique and fashionable outfits and accessories for women and girls ages 4 and up, the store features its exclusive clothing brand among over 20 coveted clothing lines. The brand caters to trendsetters eager to express their individuality through fashion.
The Salty (opening this winter): The Salty, a family-owned donut and coffee shop that began as a pop-up in Wynwood, is bringing its creative menu to Esplanade at Aventura with a new 462-square-foot store. Known for unique, high-quality donuts, baked goods, and coffee, The Salty uses only the finest ingredients, making it a go-to spot for everything from morning treats to midday pick-me-ups. With artful attention to detail and an ever-changing selection, The Salty offers a fresh take on classic donut and coffee pairings.
Hästens (opening this winter):
Hästens, the Swedish luxury bed manufacturer, will open its third Miami showroom this winter at Esplanade at Aventura. The new 1,818-square-foot location, operated by The Miami Luxury Beds Group, will showcase Hästens’ handcrafted, all-natural beds and mattresses, known for delivering unparalleled comfort and sleep quality.
These brands join an expanding list of tenants, including Pinstripes, JOEY Aventura, and North Italia, adding to the center’s diverse lifestyle offerings.
