Lumaire, rising 23 stories at 201 Clearwater Drive in Downtown West Palm Beach, offers a first glimpse of its interiors, marking a significant debut for CetraRuddy’s first interior design project in the area. In partnership with DesignBAR, the firm has crafted 457 residences featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank flooring, European-inspired kitchens, and elegant quartz countertops. The residences are designed to maximize natural light and offer stunning views of Clear Lake and the city, with expansive private terraces enhancing the indoor-outdoor experience.
Staged by Steven G, Lumaire’s interiors reflect a sophisticated, contemporary style. The project’s more than 40,000 square feet of amenities are designed to promote both relaxation and activity. Residents can enjoy an elevated pool deck with a 90-foot pool, cabana beds, a bocce ball court, barbeque grills, and access to a fitness center, game room, and lounges.
Lumaire, designed by Carl Levin, Architecture+Design, and developed by Hyperion Group, brings a new standard of luxurious living to West Palm Beach’s Clear Lake District, with a metropolitan aesthetic and top-tier amenities that define a modern lifestyle. This first look at the interiors underscores the project’s commitment to a high-end residential experience in one of South Florida’s most desirable areas.
