Berkeley Palm Beach, a luxury residential building, is slated to break ground in the second week of December. The 25-story condo will offer 193 units, with layout plans ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom models. Twenty units have already been pre-sold. Al Adelson and Sympatico Real Estate are the developers.
According to the venture’s website, homes will cost $2 million to $9 million, and each unit will offer views of Clear Lake. Condos on the 15th floor and higher will have views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Downtown Palm Beach. The South Florida Business Journal reports that square footage measures 2,500 to 4,800, with the residences geared toward families with children.
Communal amenities include a fitness center, rooftop sky lounge, swimming pool, and more. Berkeley Palm Beach will occupy a 1.92-acre site that developers assembled for $6.5 million in 2021 and $7.3 million in 2022. Arquitectonica designed the high-rise tower. Boston-based John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor and expects to have construction finished in 27 months. The 25-story tower will replace two office buildings that have since been vacated.
Berkeley Palm Beach isn’t the only project that developers have in their pipeline. Sympatico Real Estate is developing Mr. C Hotel & Residences, a 27-story venture with 110 hotel rooms and 146 condos. Demolition started on the build site earlier this November. Al Adelson was the driving force behind the Bristol Palm Beach.
Berkeley Palm Beach will occupy 601 and 621 Clearwater Park Road, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401, in Palm Beach County.

RIP, Montecito’s view of Clear Lake and everybody’s view of Montecito from Clear Lake. Instead… another mediocre Arquitectonica box that could be anywhere.
