Terra, a leading real estate development company in South Florida, and Sympatico Real Estate, a Palm Beach-based firm owned by the Morrison family, have begun demolishing existing structures at 320 Lakeview Avenue. This site will soon become home to Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach, the first branded residence in downtown West Palm Beach.
The 1.3-acre site, formerly home to several buildings, including a BB&T bank branch, was acquired by the Morrison family in recent years. Partnering with Terra, the Morrisons are developing Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach on this property. This construction milestone and strong sales momentum bring renewed energy to the evolving Downtown West Palm Beach neighborhood, moving the project closer to delivering this unique hotel and residential experience to the community.
The design of Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach merges contemporary architecture with classic European charm, bringing a distinct elegance to the city’s skyline. The structure’s clean, modern lines are balanced by warm, inviting interiors emphasizing comfort and style. Thoughtfully selected materials and textures—rich wood finishes, soft neutral tones, and refined details—create a timeless yet fresh ambiance. Coastal-inspired color palettes and expansive windows invite natural light, establishing a seamless connection between indoor spaces and the lush, tropical surroundings.
Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is a 27-story property designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape architecture by Landscape Design Workshop, marking the introduction of a branded luxury development in Downtown West Palm Beach. The project features 110 hotel rooms and 146 branded condominiums, offering a range of bespoke amenities, including a garden-level lap pool with cabanas, a poolside bar and lounge, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with dedicated indoor yoga spaces. Developed by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, members of the fourth generation of the Cipriani family, the Mr. C brand combines classic European charm with modern sophistication.

Arquitectonica actually designs a good tower for once in Miami, and Wall Street South gets a box with a box tumor? SAD!
What an unnecessary feature, absolutely horrendous.
This looks great. 27 story. Nice to see some higher structures and not the same flat skyline
