Terra, a leading real estate development company in South Florida, and Sympatico Real Estate, a Palm Beach-based firm owned by the Morrison family, have begun demolishing existing structures at 320 Lakeview Avenue. This site will soon become home to Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach, the first branded residence in downtown West Palm Beach.

The 1.3-acre site, formerly home to several buildings, including a BB&T bank branch, was acquired by the Morrison family in recent years. Partnering with Terra, the Morrisons are developing Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach on this property. This construction milestone and strong sales momentum bring renewed energy to the evolving Downtown West Palm Beach neighborhood, moving the project closer to delivering this unique hotel and residential experience to the community.

Interested in the new building keep me update

  2. Arquitectonica actually designs a good tower for once in Miami, and Wall Street South gets a box with a box tumor? SAD!

  3. This looks great. 27 story. Nice to see some higher structures and not the same flat skyline

  4. Hope the city allows taller and slimmer buildings so we are not stuck with Mega boxes of the same height. Also I predict Cohen Tower will fail on the tent site. Where is the progress????? its been years since approval. Sell it to related to build a landmark gateway to the city. Something a bit taller and alluring as a grand entrance.
