Soon, Michelin-Star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten may be known for more than innovative cuisine: his name could soon be synonymous with luxury residences. Sales have launched for Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, an upscale high-rise comprising 329 condos, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom floorplans.
Future residents will have access to more than 41,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including landscaped gardens, a swimming pool with cabanas, a private rooftop restaurant, and even a podcast recording studio. Even these offerings are just the tip of the iceberg.
The Next Miami reports that the 48-story tower will also feature 27,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, along with Jean-Georges’ abc kitchens. Miami Residential reports that homes currently start at $1.1 million, averaging to about $1,300 a square foot. The source estimates the community’s completion in 2027.
Internationally renowned and Miami-based Arquitectonica is behind the design. Yabu Pushelberg is the interior designer. Of Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences’ design, Miami Condo Investments shares: “[T]he interiors are inspired by Miami’s lush tropical environment and the city’s vibrant cultural scene… natural materials, shades of green, and sophisticated textures balance the vibrancy of the Design District with the tranquility of tropical greenery.”
The 329-unit condominium is slated for 3501 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL, 33137, in Miami-Dade County.
