General Contractor Appointed for Glass House Boca Raton at 280 E Palmetto Park Road

Developer 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC has selected KAST Construction as the general contractor for Glass House Boca Raton, a nine-story luxury condominium development in downtown Boca Raton. Located at 280 E Palmetto Park Road, the project will feature 28 residences and rooftop amenities on the 10th floor, with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2027.

Designed by Garcia Stromberg, with interiors by GS4 and development consulting by Concierge Property Solutions, the building aims to combine modern architecture with a range of luxury amenities. Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.

The rooftop of Glass House will feature a pool with ocean, Intracoastal, and golf course views, along with private cabanas, a Jacuzzi, a fire pit, an outdoor catering kitchen with a BBQ, and lush landscaping. Additional amenities include a first-floor fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, a sauna, a steam room, a plunge pool, and the residents-only “Palmetto Lounge” for private gatherings.

Glass House will offer two levels of underground parking, EV charger readiness, and a limited number of private two-car garages. Residents will also have access to air-conditioned storage.

Additional services include complimentary annual memberships at Sollis Health, an emergency medical concierge service, subject to availability. Sollis Health provides residents access to its centers in South Florida, New York, and California. A limited number of preferred memberships at The Boca Raton (formerly Boca Raton Resort & Club) will also be available, subject to availability, with golf excluded.

Residences at Glass House are priced between $2.6 million and $7 million.
