LORE Development Group, a real estate development company formed by Leste Group and Opportunity Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, together with Element Development, has announced The Lincoln Coconut Grove, a new Green Certified luxury condominium. Located at 2650 Lincoln Avenue in Coconut Grove, Miami, the 8-story development will feature 48 luxury residences and over 91,000 square feet of premium living space. Sales are set to begin in late December 2024.
Designed by Miami-based Paredes Architects, with interiors by Design Philosophy and a façade created by Cité Arquitetura from Rio de Janeiro, the project blends contemporary architectural elements with Coconut Grove’s historic charm.

Residences range from one to four bedrooms, each featuring a den/office space. The building includes penthouses with expansive views of Coconut Grove, Biscayne Bay, and the Brickell skyline. They will be outfitted with Miele appliances, Snaidero kitchens, and Porcelanosa tiles.
Amenities include a fully equipped gym with a sauna, steam room, and cold and hot plunge pools; an owner’s lounge with a golf simulator and party room; co-working spaces; a resort-style rooftop pool with private cabanas and summer kitchens; and a covered dog park with a pet grooming room. The property will also provide assigned and valet parking, 24/7 front desk and night security services, private storage rooms, and an enclosed bicycle area.
