MB Signature Properties is planning MB Resort Orlando, an 18-story luxury resort tower to be constructed at 13651 South Vineland Road in Orlando, just minutes from Disney Springs. The $250 million project is scheduled to break ground in 2026, with completion and opening anticipated in winter 2028. The development will encompass 199 two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences designed to accommodate up to six guests each.
The resort will rise on a 4.4-acre site overlooking Lake Bryan, with the tower positioned at the back of the property to maximize views of the lake. The western portion of the site will be reserved for surface-level parking. MB Resort Orlando will feature a range of luxury amenities, including a spa, a rooftop bar, a fire pit area, and a splash park.
The project offers an investment opportunity starting at $99,000, with options for owners to utilize their units, lease them back to the resort for income generation, or exchange stays with other destinations. This flexibility aims to attract both residents and investors looking for a luxury property with income potential.
The site, purchased in November 2024 for $5.4 million, is set to become a prominent addition to Orlando’s hospitality and residential landscape. Designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, the project seeks to redefine the concept of luxury vacationing in the area.
