Claridge Homes has revealed a reimagined design for 3000 Waterside, an 18-story waterfront tower along the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale. Planned at 3000 East Oakland Park Boulevard, the project will introduce 129 luxury residences with expansive terraces and panoramic views of the Intracoastal, Atlantic Ocean, and Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Designed to emphasize light, space, and modern elegance, the homes will range from 1,120 to 2,647 square feet, with finishes that include porcelain tile flooring, European-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, and impact-resistant floor-to-ceiling windows. Penthouses on the upper levels will offer more spacious layouts, some with up to four bedrooms and private parking options.

Amenities will include a landscaped rooftop with fire pits, hot tubs, and a lounge overlooking the city and waterway, as well as a resort-style pool deck with a hot tub. A state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, spa lounge with sauna, billiards room, and private event spaces are among the highlights. Residents will also have access to 13 private boat docks and an on-site restaurant offering indoor and outdoor dining.

Residents will be minutes from the vibrant marinas, cultural destinations, and pristine beaches that Fort Lauderdale is known for. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is just 10 miles away, and a nearby Brightline station connects the area to Miami within 30 minutes.
Pricing starts at $990,000, with completion anticipated by May 2028.
