Construction Complete on Freytag Cancer Center at AdventHealth Palm Coast

AdventHealth and construction firm Robins & Morton have celebrated the completion of the Freytag Cancer Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Palm Coast, Florida. The $30 million facility marks a significant addition to Flagler County’s healthcare offerings, housing comprehensive cancer treatment services within a modern, two-story, 30,000-square-foot structure.

Designed by HuntonBrady Architects, the freestanding facility integrates state-of-the-art technology and offers advanced treatment options such as precision medicine, immunotherapy, and personalized care tailored to patients’ genetic profiles. The center also features the TrueBeam™ visual radiation system, designed to deliver highly effective, minimally invasive treatments.

The Freytag Cancer Center is home to medical oncology provided by Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, AdventHealth radiation oncology, and primary care physician offices. The facility also includes the relocated Judith C. Macko Cancer Resource Center, which provides free resources and support for patients and their families.

Construction manager Robins & Morton played a key role in bringing the project to life. “The completion of the Freytag Cancer Center is a significant milestone for our community, one that will have a lasting, positive impact for many years to come,” said Robins & Morton Operations Manager Angel Colon.
