Viceroy Residences Aventura Unveiled at 2999 NE 191st Street

Viceroy Residences Aventura, a 274-unit branded residential development, has been announced as the first of its kind in Aventura. Developed by Related Group and BH Group in partnership with Viceroy, the project is located at 2999 NE 191st Street and is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by DesignAgency. Sales, exclusively represented by Cervera Real Estate, are set to launch later this month.

The property will feature 36,000 square feet of amenities, including a resort-style pool deck with a 90-foot pool, cabanas, a spa, and a poolside bar. The Hemingway Rooftop Bar & Terrace will offer residents a stylish lounge for socializing with breathtaking views of the city and Intercoastal Waterway. Other amenities include a wellness-focused fitness center with yoga and Pilates areas, a golf simulator lounge, an indoor basketball half-court, and dedicated spaces for children and teens.
