PulteGroup Moves Forward with Final Phase of ‘The Preserve at Bannon Lakes’ at 205 Cedar Preserve Lane, St. Augustine, FL

PulteGroup is moving forward with the final phase of “The Preserve at Bannon Lakes” in St. Augustine. The single-family community is located within the larger Bannon Lakes master-planned development and will offer homes starting in the mid-$300,000s.

The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that the final phase will feature 16 unique floorplans, with the homes’ square footage measuring 1,509 to more than 4,100 square feet. The Preserve at Bannon Lakes’ latest phase will offer many of the same amenities as the already-constructed homes.

The two-bedroom to four-bedroom homes come outfitted with pre-wired smart home technology, plank-style flooring, and open-concept floorplans. Communal amenities include a fitness center, dog parks, a resort-style swimming pool, and a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse.

National homebuilder PulteGroup has many projects in its pipeline, two of which Florida YIMBY has recently shared. One project is The Reserve at Eastpoint, a 75-unit community in Palm Beach Gardens. Homes in that development begin at $1.5 million, with construction anticipated to end by this year’s conclusion. Another project is The Dunes at Juno Beach, a townhome development with 40 luxury units averaging more than 2,200 square feet each.
