The luxury division of PulteGroup has plans for a single-family development in Palm Beach Gardens. The venture will take shape on newly purchased parcels within the larger Eastpointe Country Club.
The Reserve at Eastpointe will comprise 75 homes, featuring six floorplans. Residences will span 2,000 to more than 4,000 square feet, offering a host of high-end amenities, from designer kitchens to spacious family rooms. Residents will also have access to amenities at the nearby Eastpointe County Club that features a 32,000-square-foot clubhouse, two fitness centers, two resort-style swimming pools, and more.

The cost of home ownership currently starts at $1.5 million. Sales are expected to launch by the end of the first quarter, with move-ins scheduled for later this year. DiVosta and its parent company, PulteGroup, have many high-profile projects in their pipeline. PulteGroup in particular has recently spurred some prolific endeavors.
One project is “The Dunes at Juno Beach”, which Florida YIMBY covered in October 2024. The luxury townhome development will feature 40 homes in seven three-story buildings, with the average unit spanning more than 2,200 square feet. Another project by PulteGroup is “Amara”, a single-family housing development boasting 145 units.
Our sources do not share an exact address for The Reserve at Eastpointe. Yet, we know that it will be located on the property of the Eastpointe County Club, which is located at 13535 Eastpointe Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33418, in Palm Beach County.
