Kolter Urban has announced 1000 Boulevard of the Arts, a 20-story mixed-use development set to bring 117 luxury condominiums and a Hyatt Centric® Harborside hotel to Sarasota’s waterfront district. Located at 1000 Boulevard of the Arts, the project will introduce a blend of upscale residential living and hospitality within the city’s Arts and Culture District.

Kitchens will be equipped with European cabinetry, quartz countertops, and Thermador® stainless-steel appliances, while primary suites include walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms with soaking tubs and Grohe® fixtures.

Residences are categorized into distinct series based on view corridors. The Bay Residences, positioned on the north side of the building, will overlook Bay Park Sarasota and Sarasota Bay, while the Harbor Residences, on the western face, will provide views of Quay Harbor and the Sarasota skyline.

Amenities at 1000 Boulevard of the Arts include an elevated resort-style pool with day cabanas, a spa deck with entertainment areas and an outdoor kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a glass-enclosed Movement Studio, and a co-working lounge called The Hub Workspace. Additional features include a Resident Club Room with an outdoor terrace and private dining space, a dog park and dog washroom, 24/7 security, valet and self-parking, and secured Wi-Fi throughout all amenity areas.
Located in the heart of Sarasota’s walkable waterfront district, the development will offer direct access to Quay Harbor, day docks, and a boardwalk, with nearby dining, shopping, and cultural destinations. The Hyatt Centric® Harborside hotel will feature guest rooms, a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, a rooftop pool bar, and a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, positioned adjacent to the residential amenities level. The project will also include retail space for an independent restaurant at the northeast corner of the building on Quay Commons and Boulevard of the Arts.
