Construction has officially topped off at E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences Miami, marking a significant milestone for the dual-tower luxury development in Downtown Miami’s Park West neighborhood. Developed by PMG and E11EVEN Partners, the project is redefining resort-style, entertainment-driven living in the city’s evolving urban core.
Recent aerial construction photos show the topped-off 65-story tower standing prominently within Downtown Miami’s skyline, with the reinforced concrete core now reaching its final vertical height. At the very top, it appears that the formation of parapet walls is underway. As workers prepare the final concrete pours, formwork and scaffolding remain around the rooftop levels. Much of the façade appears enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass, now installed across most of the exterior. The crane, still perched at the tower’s summit, remains critical for hoisting materials needed to advance the interior buildouts and mechanical equipment installations. Meanwhile, we can see the growing superstructure for Tower Two on the eastern end of the block.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors by AvroKO, the 65-story towers will introduce fully furnished residences and high-end hotel accommodations, catering to a new era of luxury living. Tower One, known as E11EVEN® Club Hotel & Residences, will feature turnkey residences and hotel rooms, while the second tower, E11EVEN® Club Residences Beyond, will offer ultra-exclusive condominiums with private amenities. Floorplans across both towers range from studios to two-bedroom residences, penthouse suites and a presidential collection. Each unit will have integrated smart technology, Subzero and Wolf appliances, ITALKRAFT Italian cabinetry, and designer-curated furnishings.

Residents and hotel guests will have access to an extensive lineup of hospitality and wellness amenities. Tower One will introduce a Chopra Spa & Studio, a five-star restaurant collection by Riviera Dining Group, a casino-style sports lounge, a world-class med spa, a rooftop pool and bar, and an E11EVEN day club and pool on the 11th floor. Tower Two will expand upon this offering with exclusive amenities available only to its residents and members of the E11EVEN Club Beyond Members Social Club, including a private helipad, a signature restaurant, fully staffed executive office suites, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a multi-level pool deck with expansive water views. The tower will also feature The Clayton, an ultra-premium social club, recently announced as part of the development’s growing list of lifestyle offerings.

With vertical construction now complete, the focus will shift toward interior buildout and amenity installation as the development moves toward its scheduled 2025 completion. The second tower, E11EVEN Club Residences Beyond, will follow in 2026, further solidifying the Park West district as a hub for luxury residential and hospitality experiences in Downtown Miami. The topping-out milestone reflects the rapid transformation of the neighborhood, which continues to attract a new wave of high-rise development redefining the city’s skyline.
