Kolter Urban has officially broken ground on The Island at West Bay Club, a 24-story luxury condominium designed by Garcia Stromberg and set to rise at 5100 Baybridge Blvd in Estero, Florida. The groundbreaking ceremony, held on January 29, 2025, marked a significant milestone in the development of the waterfront residential tower, which aims to bring resort-inspired living to Florida’s Paradise Coast. Compass is handling sales and marketing for the project.

Planned for 86 elegantly designed residences, The Island at West Bay Club will offer expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and the championship golf course at West Bay Club.
