Reserve Padel has officially opened its first permanent club at SoLé Mia, a 184-acre master-planned community in North Miami developed by LeFrak and Turnberry. Located at 2251 NE 146th Street, the new 100,000-square-foot facility features ten professional padel courts, including six outdoor and four indoor courts with 35-foot ceilings, along with two dedicated pickleball courts. Designed for players of all levels, the club offers coaching programs through the Juan Martín Díaz Academy.

The two-story venue also includes a fully equipped gym, a health and wellness center with a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, an on-site members’ lounge and bar, stadium viewing areas, and flexible event spaces. Pura Vida Miami has debuted its largest location at the facility, featuring an all-day dining menu and an expansive terrace overlooking the courts.

“I’m excited to introduce Reserve and the exhilarating sport of padel to a new audience within SoLé Mia, and to establish a first-rate padel club that caters to local residents and visitors,” said Wayne Boich, founder and CEO of Reserve.

Jackie Soffer, chairman and CEO of Turnberry, added, “Reserve at SoLé Mia is an amazing addition to the healthy, active lifestyle we have created. Whether it’s a resident playing on a Wednesday afternoon, a UHealth doctor winding down after their shift, or young players forming a weekend padel team, Reserve is going to be an integral part of SoLé Mia’s resort-caliber experience.”

SoLé Mia is home to over 1,000 residents, with plans for 4,390 residences and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space, including a UHealth outpatient facility, a charter school, and retail and dining options.
