Savi Investments LLC is currently developing a multi-family housing project in Kissimmee. Sonoma Vue Apartments will comprise about 260,000 square feet of new construction, offering 322 homes divided among various four-story buildings.
The $57.5 million complex would also feature a clubhouse. Construction is expected to start this spring, with the process itself possibly taking 18 to 24 months. The developer owns the build site and is currently seeking various permits, according to the Orlando Business Journal. FK Architecture designed the community.

Savi Investments LLC is registered to the co-CEOs of Kimaya Real Estate and Park Square Homes. The former’s website shares another project in its pipeline: Aston Park, a 338-unit complex in Davenport, Florida. ACI Architects designed it; Winter Park Construction was the general contractor.
The total project required more than 500,000 square feet of new construction, with the homes spread across four four-story buildings and 10 carriage houses. The first residents moved in late 2024. Amenities on the 27.3-acre site include a dog run, swimming pool, and an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, to name a few.
