Developers Habitat Group and BI Group are one step closer to making One Season Brickell a reality. Miami Dade’s Water & Sewer Department recently agreed to provide utilities to the pre-construction high-rise. Plans call for 88 residences in a 22-story tower, including studio to three-bedroom models; homes would span 432 to 1,017 square feet.

Homes would come outfitted with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, imported cabinetry, and kitchenettes. Communal amenities at the high-end community include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, rooftop bar, and residents-only lounge. The community itself is located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, with additional off-campus amenities (such as Brickell City Centre) within walking distance.

The Next Miami shares that the residential aspect is just one feature of Season One Brickell. The project will also include 60 hotel rooms, 2,372 square feet of retail, and a 1,437-square-foot full-service restaurant. Delivery is slated for 2028. LoopNet reports that the build site currently hosts a 2,905-square-foot office building constructed in 1950. It will be demolished to make way for the new tower.

Miami-based Kobi Karp designed Season One Brickell. It also designed The Amalfi, a 22-story luxury condo located in Fort Lauderdale. The venture will offer 38 units on a 0.84-acre property. Season One Brickell is planned for 1200 SW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL, 33130, in Miami-Dade County.
