Orange County will soon be home to a new industrial complex. The Edgewood Park of Commerce will comprise six buildings, which will likely later serve as showroom, office, and assembly space. The Orlando Business Journal reports that the buildings will measure 80,800 to 107,400 square feet each––about 755,000 square feet total.
They will come outfitted with loading bays and truck parking spots. At the behest of local residents, the industrial complex will be surrounded by trees, obscuring it from public view. As part of the project, the developer will also invest in making Orange Blossom Trail more accessible and improving stormwater detention.

The future build site is currently undeveloped, with sources calling it “the last sizable vacant plot in one of Orange County’s smallest cities.” It’s currently owned by RandallMade Corp., which owns a store east of the site.
Locally based Foundry Commercial is the developer. It intends to spend $95 million on the venture and anticipates breaking ground in this year’s third quarter. Edgewood officials approved the project last month. The town currently boasts a population of 2,700 residents.
Florida has seen its fair share of industrial developments within the past few years. In October 2024, Florida YIMBY covered the completion of a 303,364-square-foot industrial complex in Jupiter.
