The South Tower of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay has officially topped out at 22 stories, marking a significant milestone for the luxury waterfront development in Bonita Springs. London Bay Development Group, the project’s developer, celebrated the structural completion with a topping-out ceremony as the building nears its anticipated 2026 completion. Located within the 500-acre Saltleaf on Estero Bay master plan, the two-tower development will bring 224 luxury condominiums to the waterfront upon completion. Designed by Arquitectonica, the architecture takes inspiration from the natural surroundings, featuring cascading facades that blend seamlessly with the coastal landscape. EDSA leads the landscape design, crafting lush outdoor spaces with three cascading pools, bocce courts, and outdoor grilling areas.
Residences start from $3 million, offering floor plans ranging from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet with two to four-bedroom layouts. Each home has expansive terraces reaching up to 2,200 square feet, allowing for unobstructed views of Estero Bay’s sunsets. Meyer Davis has curated three interior finish packages, bringing a refined aesthetic to each residence.

The development will include 36,000 square feet of amenities, spanning wellness, dining, and entertainment. The Wellness Center will offer a yoga and Pilates studio, steam rooms, and a sauna, while The Oasis, an 8,000-square-foot social space, will feature a Sunset Lounge, private dining room, Sports & News Café, and Wine & Whiskey Room. The North Tower, which is planned as the next phase, will introduce additional amenities, including a sports simulator and a private screening room.
Set within Saltleaf on Estero Bay, the development will be adjacent to Saltleaf Marina, offering private boat slips and a waterfront restaurant. Saltleaf Golf Preserve, featuring an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole short course. The property is also within 20 minutes of Southwest Florida International Airport and a short drive from renowned beaches, dining, and shopping destinations.
