Gainesville-based The Collier Companies is working on a multi-family housing development that will offer 360 homes in Pasco County. Construction started on Verve Wesley Chapel (not to be confused with VERVE Orlando) in the fourth quarter of 2024, with pre-leasing anticipated later this year. The luxury one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes will be divided among six four-story buildings. Plans also call for 678 parking spots and 30 garages.

BLDUP reports that future residents will have access to a host of indoor and outdoor amenities. One of the most distinctive features is a split clubhouse that will include space for a 1,553-square-foot fitness center. Other offerings include a podcast studio and golf simulator. Conceptual renderings from the development’s website also suggest there will be a swimming pool and deck.

Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and Beasley & Henley is the interior designer. Cormia Design Group designed Verve Wesley Chapel. The firm was also behind another project Florida YIMBY recently covered: a garden-style housing development with 380 apartments in Kissimmee.

Verve Wesley Chapel will mark The Collier Companies’ eighth entry of its 2X Initiative, which seeks to double the company’s size over the next decade. The 360-unit venture will be located on a 16.81-acre lot between State Road 54 and State Road 56 in Wesley Chapel, FL.
