National real estate developer PMG and St. Petersburg-based co-developer Feldman Equities, LLC, in partnership with City Office REIT, Inc. and global hospitality leader Hilton, have formally announced the launch of Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg. The 50-story luxury tower will rise along the downtown waterfront, delivering 163 branded residences and establishing itself as the tallest building in St. Petersburg.

Designed by CUBE 3, with interiors curated by award-winning design studio BAMO, the tower will blend contemporary elegance with coastal sensibility. The residential program will consist of fully finished two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 2,031 to 3,408 square feet. Each unit will offer expansive terraces oriented toward panoramic bay and city views, along with private entry foyers and smart-home integration.

“Our goal with the project was to strike a seamless blend between the pinnacle of modern luxury and the effortless, coastal sophistication Florida is known for,” said Anne Wilkinson, Principal at BAMO. “Each texture and material was specifically chosen to pull the best of the property’s locale indoors, creating a sense of place and familiarity and relaxation while also delivering the elevated design synonymous with the Waldorf Astoria brand.”

“St. Petersburg has become one of Florida’s premier residential destinations, with an influx of new residents driving the demand for high caliber of exceptional properties,” said Kevin Maloney, Founder and CEO at PMG. “After the success we have witnessed across both Waldorf Astoria Residences in Miami and Denver Cherry Creek, we are proud to once again join Hilton in bringing the Waldorf Astoria brand and its renowned world-class service to a new market, forever elevating the standards of luxury in the area. We look forward to advancing on this joint venture alongside our incredibly skilled team of partners and making a lasting impact on St. Petersburg’s skyline.”

A 10,000-square-foot two-story penthouse atop the tower will feature a private rooftop pool with bay-facing views. Additional features across all units include Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry, Italian vanities, Waterworks fixtures, and contemporary lighting.

The amenity program encompasses more than 43,000 square feet, anchored by a 20,000-square-foot resort-style pool deck featuring a 160-foot east-facing pool, sunset pool with dual spas, lounge areas, and a bar. At level 18, the wellness center will offer massage rooms, sauna and steam facilities, and a fitness studio. A rooftop Sky Lounge on level 46, inspired by Waldorf Astoria’s signature Peacock Alley, will include a sunset bar, elevated pool deck, and lounge spaces.

We could not be more thrilled to witness its caliber of unforgettable experiences and knowledgeable, diligent service complement the vibrancy and elegance of St. Petersburg for years to come.”
