Aerial views of the stretch along Biscayne Boulevard between Northeast 8th Street and Northeast 11th Terrace highlights a striking collection of high-rise residential towers directly across from Museum Park, also known as Maurice A. Ferré Park, in Downtown Miami, each reflecting varied architectural approaches and development timelines. The buildings include Marina Blue, 900 Biscayne Bay, One Thousand Museum, Ten Museum Park, and Marquis Residences.
Located at 888 Biscayne Boulevard, the 57-story Marina Blue, soaring to approximately 615 feet, was developed by Hyperion Development and showcases Arquitectonica’s signature fluid lines with a dynamic curving glass façade. This is accentuated by continuous wraparound balconies that emphasize the tower’s verticality and offer panoramic views, built by Plaza Construction and completed in 2008 with 516 residential units.
Adjacent is 900 Biscayne Bay, a 63-story structure reaching approximately 650 feet, developed by Terra-Adi International and designed by Revuelta Architecture International. Its façade features a sleek glass curtain wall punctuated by strong horizontal bands of continuous balconies, creating a layered and textured appearance, constructed by Coastal Construction Group and finished in 2008 with 516 units.
At 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, the iconic 62-story, 707-foot One Thousand Museum, developed by 1000 Biscayne Tower, LLC, is a dramatic and sculptural tower by Zaha Hadid Architects with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record. Its intricate concrete exoskeleton, a web of flowing lines, not only provides structural support but also defines the building’s unique and futuristic aesthetic, built by Plaza Construction and completed in 2019, housing 84 exclusive condominium residences.
Further north at 1040 Biscayne Boulevard, Ten Museum Park, a 50-story tower rising to approximately 492 feet, embodies a minimalist architectural approach by Chad Oppenheim (Oppenheim Architecture + Design) and was developed by Covin Development. Its façade is characterized by clean lines and expansive panes of uninterrupted glass, reflecting the surrounding cityscape with understated elegance, constructed by Suffolk Construction and finalized in 2007 with 200 residential units.
Completing the row at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard is Marquis Residences, a 67-story tower reaching approximately 679 feet, developed by Leviev Boymelgreen and designed by Arquitectonica. Its architectural language features a sophisticated interplay of recessed and projecting elements, creating a dynamic rhythm across its façade, with a blend of glass and solid materials, built by Tishman Construction Corporation and completed in 2009 with 292 residential units and a hotel component at its base.

Appreciate all the great photography of Miami’s growing skyline. 1000 Museum is the queen of these 5, but soon eyes will shift to the many supertalls on the rise.
What is Museum Park? Isn’t it called Ferrè Park? Sorry new here.
Need more Zaha Hadid architecture..

The five sisters of Biscayne. Each one has its own unique identity.
