Eisenhower Property Group, the developer behind the evolving 6,000-acre Two Rivers in west central Florida, has announced plans for an exclusive clubhouse that will serve its various communities.
The Landing, as the project is called, intends to serve as a “hub of recreation, wellness and upscale social gatherings for residents,” according to WFLA. More specifically, the Landing will comprise 23,000 square feet of new construction, where it will offer eight pickleball courts, a fitness center, yoga lawn, two swimming pools—the list goes on and on. The venture will also include a casual restaurant, along with event space that intends to foster community. The Landing will be independently operated and feature an on-site events coordinator and other staff.

Construction is anticipated to start on the $27 million project later this summer, with completion scheduled for late 2026. Access to the Landing will be initially limited to residents of Two Rivers’ communities, including Delyle Hammock, Tamarack, Hammock, and Shortgrass. Eventually, limited membership could be available to non-residents.
As noted, the Landing will be incorporated into the evolving Two Rivers development which, upon completion, will comprise 12 villages developed by national homebuilders such as Pulte Homes and DR Horton. Two Rivers is located in both Pasco and Hillsborough counties.
