Vertical construction is scheduled to begin imminently on the East Tower of Oasis Hallandale, a 10-acre mixed-use development located in the heart of Hallandale Beach. The milestone comes as the project moves into its final phases, with the West Tower fully topped out and on track for completion by the end of 2025. The East Tower is anticipated to deliver in 2027.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the development comprises two residential towers totaling 500 luxury units within a pedestrian-oriented district that integrates residential, retail, office, and entertainment components. Several residences have already been sold to buyers from the U.S., Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, and Eastern Europe.

“This financing milestone reflects the strength of the vision we’ve brought to life at Oasis Hallandale,” said Giuseppe Iadisernia, developer of Oasis Hallandale. “With the West Tower nearing completion, the East Tower now rising, and our commercial component fully delivered and sold out, we are entering the final stretch of a project that’s redefining Hallandale Beach.”
MGM Construction is leading construction efforts. The East Tower will offer residences ranging from 900 to 4,750 square feet. All units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, glass balconies, imported Italian finishes, and open-concept floor plans. Select units will include powder rooms, walk-in closets, and two-story layouts.
Oasis Hallandale will offer 70,000 square feet of luxury amenities, including a resort-style pool deck with cabanas and a yoga lawn, a spa, fitness center, coworking spaces, social lounges, and indoor and outdoor theaters.
The development’s commercial component has already been completed, sold out, and is fully operational. It comprises 60,000 square feet of retail and dining space and 35,000 square feet of modern office space across five low-rise buildings. Tenants include KC Market, Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental, and Dr. Branovan ENT.
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Oasis International Realty are leading sales for the East Tower. Arquitectonica and ArquitectonicaGEO designed the project’s master plan and landscape architecture. Site features include a dramatic six-story waterfall, shaded walking paths, and expansive green spaces connecting the entire property.
Oasis Hallandale is among several high-profile developments contributing to a new era of growth in Hallandale Beach. It joins projects such as Shell Bay by Auberge Resorts and the recently reimagined Diplomat Hotel.
