Esplanade at Aventura, the recently completed open-air retail and lifestyle center in northeast Miami-Dade, is continuing its expansion with the announcement of 17 new tenants. Since its grand opening in December 2023, the development has emerged as a prominent destination for dining, wellness, and upscale retail in South Florida. The new leases represent more than 54,000 square feet of additional retail, fitness, food and beverage, and professional services space.

Among the latest signees are Pura Vida Miami, Starbucks, and Anatomy Fitness. Starbucks is slated to open a 2,800-square-foot café, bringing its globally recognized coffee program to the shopping center. Anatomy Fitness, a Miami-based wellness and training concept, will debut a 25,482-square-foot location, its most expansive yet, combining luxury recovery amenities with state-of-the-art equipment and community-driven group fitness offerings.

  1. Last time I went there, there was absolutely no way of going from Esplanade to the actual Aventura Mall. Hope they fixed that otherwise its a very unpleasant experience.
