PK Flagler LLC, a partnership between Perko Development and Kolter Urban, is moving forward with a high-rise luxury project in Palm Beach County.

Flagler House is planned to measure 194 feet above grade, offering 39 units. The tower will replace a low-rise residential building on the property that has recently been vacated. The previous structure was erected in the mid-1980s, and just like the new Flagler House, offered 39 units. Our sources indicate that homes will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom floorplans, with the exception of the one, seven-bedroom penthouse. The smallest units start at 2,770 square feet, while the penthouse will span just over 10,000.

Communal amenities at Flagler House include (but aren’t limited to) a fitness center,  a spa treatment room, and 87 parking spots in a parking podium. Plans also feature a third-story swimming pool with waterfront views.

Flagler House will occupy a 1.42-acre lot. The project has been the source of contention, with local homeowners concerned about the tower’s height compared to others in the area. The Palm Beach Post notes that developers opted to go with a taller building rather than a wider one.

Construction is intended to start on Flagler House this fall at 3705 S Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33405, in Palm Beach County.

  1. The previous structure was built in 1985? Maybe according to the Property Appraiser, but clearly it’s older, maybe 1965. I see it on aerial imagery from 1968.
