A project known to our sources as “Harrison at Encore! (Lot 12)” is slated for an August 2026 completion in Tampa, Florida. The mixed-use venture will comprise close to 645,000 square feet of new construction, offering medical, residential, and commercial space. Here’s what’s in store.
Harrison at Encore! will measure 20 stories above grade. The bottom floor will host a 22,000-square-foot grocery store; plans also call for a six-level parking garage. Medical space will occupy the high-rise tower’s seventh floor, spanning 44,000 square feet. The 294 luxury residences start on the ninth floor and continue to the rooftop. Communal amenities will be located on the eighth floor, where residents will have access to the on-site pickleball court and swimming pool deck.

The Patel Family Office is the developer. The firm plans to spend $190 million to make the project possible. Harrison at Encore! will occupy a 1.01-acre site, strategically located at the entrance of the evolving GasWorx Gateway. Per Aureate (a division of the Patel Family Office), the venture intends to redefine urban luxury living, providing a resort-like lifestyle.
At this time, our sources don’t list an exact address. Yet, they confirm that the development will be located in Hillsborough County.
