Construction has reached completion on Joule House, a new mixed-use multifamily development located at 2200 NW 1st Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The eight-story structure has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and has begun welcoming residents into its 308 residential units. The project is developed by Fisher Brothers, with property management by Bozzuto.
The building introduces a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, along with select two- and three-bedroom penthouses. Residences range in size from 474 to 1,405 square feet and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, GE appliances, spacious closets, and modern interiors designed by ID & Design International (IDDI). Leasing launched concurrently with the delivery of the building.

“Joule House reflects Fisher Brothers’ commitment to creating innovative, purposefully designed residential communities, and marks an exciting chapter in our strategic expansion into key markets across the country,” said Winston Fisher, Partner at Fisher Brothers. “As the latest addition to our growing House brand, Joule House embodies the elevated living experience we strive for.”
“Joule House was designed with the resident in mind, with every detail thoughtfully considered to create a destination that not only reflects Wynwood’s artful energy but also elevates it,” added Ken Fisher, Partner at Fisher Brothers.
Designed in collaboration with Rockwell Group, the development includes 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities across three levels. These offerings include a rooftop deck with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, BBQ stations, and lounge seating with city views; a second-floor garden with an Airstream lounge; a fitness studio with Peloton and Precor equipment; and a coworking lab equipped with conference facilities and private offices. Additional amenity spaces include a lounge, game room, demonstration kitchen, and entertainment spaces.

Joule House also integrates an extensive art program throughout the property. Curated in partnership with WXLLSPACE, the development features approximately 30,000 square feet of murals and installations by artists such as Nico, Dasic Fernandez, Mr. June, Remote, and Ahol Sniffs Glue, incorporated across interiors, facades, and public areas.
Ground-floor commercial space will comprise approximately 26,000 square feet, featuring retail and paseo space accessible to both residents and the public. The site is walkable to various daily essentials and positioned with direct access to the Design District, Midtown Miami, and Downtown via nearby major roadways.
“Joule House is a transformative addition to Wynwood, bringing fresh energy to a neighborhood already thriving with innovation,” said Florentino A. Diaz, Interim Executive Director of the Wynwood Business Improvement District. “We are thrilled to see Joule House contributing to the future of Wynwood and solidifying its reputation as one of Miami’s most dynamic communities.”
