Construction is now complete on Siesta Lakes, a 412-unit Class A rental community in Cape Coral, Florida. The development is situated on a 26-acre site at 186–264 Tierra De Paz Loop, located within a designated Opportunity Zone just off Pine Island Road—a corridor characterized by a variety of retail and dining establishments.
The project broke ground in 2023 following the close of a $66 million construction loan. Curran Young Construction served as the general contractor. Completion of the ninth and final residential building concludes the delivery of the full community, which began leasing in early 2025 after the first residential building and clubhouse were delivered. Leasing activity has remained strong throughout the lease-up period.

“Completing Siesta Lakes marks a significant milestone for our firm and our partners,” said Doug Faron, Managing Partner at Shoreham Capital. “We set out to deliver a best-in-class living experience that blends modern design, high-end amenities, and a sense of community—and we’re proud to say that’s exactly what we’ve achieved.”
The community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. Units feature open-concept layouts, private balconies, and direct views of a private central lagoon.
“The opening of Siesta Lakes is another exciting achievement for our Opportunity Zone platform, and we’re proud to have partnered with Shoreham Capital to deliver a premier asset in Cape Coral,” said David Coelho, Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Investment Group. “We look forward to seeing the project create meaningful and lasting change in the community.”
“We’re proud to have delivered Siesta Lakes on schedule and in line with the vision set forth by Shoreham Capital and its partners,” said Chris Curran, CEO of Curran Young Construction. “This project is a testament to the strength of collaboration, careful planning, and a shared commitment to quality. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the community fully realized and already making an impact in Cape Coral.”
On-site amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, outdoor grilling areas, and walking trails. The location provides convenient access to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Captiva. RPM Living handles property management and leasing.
