Roble One, a new boutique condominium development at 3069 Plaza Street in West Coconut Grove, has officially broken ground. The groundbreaking coincides with the closing of a $7.87 million construction loan secured by the project’s developer, SSA Group, from Intercredit Bank. Completion is expected in 2026.
The event was attended by project stakeholders, partners, and local supporters, marking a significant step forward for the 16-unit development. Roble One is fully approved for daily short-term rentals, a rarity for new construction in Coconut Grove.

“This is a significant step forward — not only for SSA Group’s expansion into the Miami market, but for the evolution of boutique, flexible living in Coconut Grove,” said Joanna Jimenez with The Opes Group at Compass. “We’re proud to bring this vision to life with an outstanding team behind it.”

SSA Group, an internationally recognized developer with more than 30 residential and mixed-use projects completed across three continents, is leading the project. Design is being handled by Atelier 305, with construction by BEC Group Services. Sales and marketing are exclusively managed by The Opes Group at Compass, led by Joanna Jimenez, Michelle Cardenas, and Daisy Bilbao.

Pricing starts at $780,000 for two-bedroom residences. Roble One offers a unique opportunity for both end users and investors to own in one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, minutes from Miracle Mile, the Grove Marina, and directly across from the soon-to-open 10-mile linear park.
