Vertical construction is now underway at Forté Luxe, a boutique luxury waterfront residential development rising at 12450 Crystal Cove Place in Jupiter, Florida. Designed by Alfonso Jurado Architecture, the project is being developed by Forté Development and will yield 15 multi-level residences along a peninsula site bounded by the Intracoastal Waterway on three sides.

Residences at Forté Luxe will range from 3,550 to over 5,074 square feet, each offering floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive private terraces, rooftop decks, direct elevator access, and private garage parking. The pet-friendly community will feature 13 private boat slips for vessels up to 60 feet in length, a resort-style swimming pool, and a sun deck with outdoor entertainment areas. There are no fixed bridges between the property and the Jupiter Inlet, providing residents with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.
