Vertical construction has officially topped off at Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, a 56-story condominium tower rising at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Arts and Cultural District. Developed by Related Group and Alta Developers, the milestone was celebrated with a topping off ceremony on July 9, 2025. The tower now approaches its final form, with more than 90 percent of its 319 units already under contract. Completion is expected by summer 2026.

Casa Bella marks the first residential collaboration for B&B Italia, the renowned Italian design house known for high-profile collaborations with brands such as Rolex, Hermès, and Rolls-Royce. The tower is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Piero Lissoni, former creative director of B&B Italia. The result is a contemporary fusion of Italian sophistication and Miami’s urban energy.

  1. There is a lot of empty land around it, will a second tower be built?

    • I believe there were two other towers planned when this was proposed as Auberge about ten years ago.
